When you submit our quote/contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name (if provided), estimated budget (if selected), and the message you write. If you email us directly, we collect whatever information is in that email.

Our hosting provider and analytics tools (if enabled) may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your quote request or enquiry;
• Prepare quotes and manage any resulting project;
• Keep records required for invoicing and accounting;
